Refund & Returns Policy

At Forged UK, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and our procedures regarding returns and refunds.

Returning an Item

If you change your mind about your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, please contact us by email and include your order number and reason for return.

Once we confirm your return request, you must send the goods back to us within 14 days.

Condition of Returned Goods

Items must:

  • Be unopened and unused

  • Be returned in their original packaging

  • Be in a condition suitable for resale

We may refuse a refund if returned items are damaged, opened, or not in their original condition.

Alcohol Products

Due to the nature of the products we sell, opened beverages cannot be returned unless the product is faulty or damaged.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged product

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once returned goods are received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Delivery charges are normally non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the goods are faulty or sent in error.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning goods.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship orders only to mainland UK addresses.

Orders placed with delivery addresses outside mainland UK (including Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or international destinations) cannot be fulfilled.

If an order is placed with an address that we are unable to deliver to, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address provided is within our supported shipping area before placing an order.
